Hi Im Liz! Master Practitioner of NLP, Hypnotherapists, Somatic and Reiki Healer & Spiritual Mentor

In 2023 I quantum leaped in my business & my healing

I made what felt like 10 years of progress in less than a year & let me tell you, it was eye opening and not all positivity & light

I had to dig deep into the layers of myself that we’re holding me back, I had to take radical responsibility to own I am not where I want to be for the sole reason I was holding myself back

Spiritually I was evolving quickly - if you are into astrology it all makes sense as I’m in my Saturn return

Needless to say, my business was suffering. I was feeling stagnant, resentful, burnt out and thoughts of just quitting and going back to a 9-5

But I knew deep down my passion for this work so it was even more frustrating I was feeling this way, this is my calling and I know that but I just couldn’t make it “click” where my business took off and met me where I felt spiritually aligned

I felt 10 steps ahead of my business and wasn’t sure why it didn’t feel like it wasnt evolving with me

What I came to realize, my nervous system didn’t have capacity let alone feel safe in this new higher frequency. I felt safe in my old self and patterns

Welcoming in growth and expansion was a threat to my body so it hesitated, shut down and felt triggered & unsupported as I quantum leaped

I had tons of emotions and inner child wounds I wasn’t addressing, I consciously knew I should be in one spot but my body felt differently

When I focused on expanding my nervous system capacity to hold this frequency, triggers & release these blocks I hit 6 figures, found myself on stages & sold out programs

Without this I hit burn out quickly, second guessed my intuition & lead with fear - only hurting my business & creating a stronger disconnect with the body

Within the 5 years of coaching and 7+ years of healing, I can truly attest to the impact of somatically supporting my nervous system as I evolve to the next level - it has brought me healthier relationships where I didnt feel the need to self sabotage and leave before they do, dream clients where they easily invested and saw results quickly because they are dedicated to the work and overall more wealth in all forms
